As some of you already know I've been given the honour of pencilling the upcoming comic, Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors with fellow Udon artist and good friend Eric Vedder. The Udon team is completed by digital inker Crystal Reid and colours by Espen Grundetjern
To spice things up a bit a variant cover by Emily Warren
and a crazy pinup split into 3 covers by 'the' Alvin Lee!
and of course the book is being published by the CAPCOM comics authority-UDON Entertainment!
The Darkstalkers team was interviewed over at CBR so go check that out too!
The book will be released early next year so keep your eyes peeled! (or ask your local comic shop when they're expecting it!)

Some inspirational work here, always a pleasure seeing all the posts.
Here are some more old exploratory images from the beginning of the project.
On a side note I been working on interviewing artist all over the world to see how they got started and how they work. I thought it worth shearing here so feel free to stop by www.deadlinestudios.com
Not that I want you to read too much into this particular slice of my imagination...
Here' something I'm doing for a erotic art group show next weekend in SF.
30x40, oil on canvas - the largest thing I've painted since art school - I wanted to approach it in the same way I might do any work - same kind of paint handling - just with bigger brushes :) It got really thick - something I'm loving about real media painting these days!
A little closer to home, I'll be gladly attending IlluXcon2. Just check out that guest list of artists. That runs from Nov.12- Nov. 15th in Altoona, PA.
An ink sketch, that I brought into the computer to play around with. Still struggling with those inks -any tips are more than welcome!
And of course some of my usual young adult work :)
