I dont really draw that much fantasy stuff, so I tried sketching
out some and learned a few things.

im a huge fan of hellboy and it was one of the most precious moments in my life when i got a mail from 'tad stones' saying 'mike mignola' saw my sketches and said ' nice stuff'..
thats all i ever wanted

Im a concept artist from india,currently working on a themepark project.
I was into 2D animation and then animation design .
currently working on my own comic book title which hopefully will go on its first run early next year.

Hey - great to catch an invite to this artparty! This is going to be supa! Always good to get an outlet for the unusual images that happen sometimes :)

Not that I want you to read too much into this particular slice of my imagination...

Here' something I'm doing for a erotic art group show next weekend in SF.

30x40, oil on canvas - the largest thing I've painted since art school - I wanted to approach it in the same way I might do any work - same kind of paint handling - just with bigger brushes :) It got really thick - something I'm loving about real media painting these days!

I will have my piece, "topside" at the Strychnin Gallery, as part of their group show, Magistrates. Kind of gave me a reason to paint that sketch I posted fairly recently. The show opens November 13th, and runs until December 6th, in Berlin, Germany.

A little closer to home, I'll be gladly attending IlluXcon2. Just check out that guest list of artists. That runs from Nov.12- Nov. 15th in Altoona, PA.





An ink sketch, that I brought into the computer to play around with. Still struggling with those inks -any tips are more than welcome!

here is another warm up i did this morning. i was looking at some carravagio and lord of the rings last night and couldn't stop thinking about some interesting stuff i saw (the inspirations may have been lost in translation :P). had a lot of fun with this one.
